Question 1

Will it fit my door?

Accepted Answer

It fits any interior or exterior door up to 39" (100 cm) wide. Trim the aluminum extrusion to length with household scissors or a hacksaw for narrower doors.

Question 2

How does it install?

Accepted Answer

Clean the bottom of the door, peel the backing, and press the seal into place. Under 60 seconds per door — no tools, no drilling, no damage to the door.

Question 3

Will it drag on carpet?

Accepted Answer

No. The silicone fin flexes as the door swings, so it glides over carpet, tile transitions, and uneven floors instead of catching.

Question 4

Which color should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Clear disappears against any door and is the most popular choice. White suits painted interior doors, and Black suits dark exterior and garage doors.

Question 5

Does it really lower energy bills?

Accepted Answer

Sealing the gap under a door removes one of the largest uncontrolled air leaks in a room, cutting heating and cooling loss by up to 20% in that space.

Question 6

How many do I need?

Accepted Answer

One seal per door. Most customers start with the 2-pack for a front and back door, then add the 4- or 6-pack for bedrooms and the garage.

Question 7

What if it doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

Return it within 30 days for a full refund, even if it's installed or trimmed. Every order is also covered by a 2-year warranty.
