Try it on your doors. If it isn't sealing the way you hoped, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
How it works
1. Email support@luventac.com with your order number.
2. We send a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package off — refunds are issued within 3–5 days of arrival.
What's covered
Opened and installed seals are still returnable — we know you have to fit it to your door to know if it works. Trimmed seals are covered too.
Exchanges
Ordered White and wanted Clear? Reply to your order confirmation and we'll swap the color at no cost.
Damaged or missing items
Send a photo and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no return needed. Track your shipment first on the tracking page if it's still in transit.
